Hi, my name is Saul,
I teach 7+, 8+, 10+, 11+ exams, help prep for Oxbridge applications and interviews, as well as additional language support to all ages for English and German.
I believe tutoring sessions should feel different to a student’s school-day: I like to tailor my lessons to each student’s particular needs, giving them the space to take ownership of their learning and work in a way that suits them.
I have extensive experience working in nurseries, primary, and secondary schools. This includes working with children who have autism and ADHD, as well as other special educational needs (SEND), whereby I have gained specific techniques that foster a happy learning environment for students of all levels.
As a Cambridge University graduate I enjoy helping demystify the Oxbridge application process for prospective students. It’s a real joy to assist applicants in refining their personal statements and prepare for interview. I see this as a really fun process in which students build confidence, think laterally, and deepen their relationship with their subject.
I like to keep parents and caregivers up to date on their child’s progress, making sure that everyone is satisfied with the pace and focus of learning.
I take great satisfaction in seeing a child learn. It’s a joy and a privilege to help them develop their intellect and bolster the confidence with which they go into school.
