I teach 7+ and 11+ English and Maths; I also teach 13+, GCSE & A Level English Language and Literature, A Level Politics and A Level Drama. I also help with any assistance needed for speaking and listening exams, or those who wish to improve their communication skills.
I have tutoring experience in English and Maths up to GCSE Level, and a CPD certificate teaching public speaking, communication skills, and LAMDA Examinations.
For a student to grow academically, confidence in their own capabilities is vital. This is why I’m passionate about tutoring. If you provide a student a platform to become assured in their talents, interests and goals, accompanied with hard work, they can thrive academically, as well as find enjoyment in learning. It is easy to feel lost, confused, or even held back whilst at school. Therefore, as a tutor, I firmly believe in listening to the student’s needs, and building personalised lesson plans according to what they may be struggling with. As a former drama student, I also believe in creativity, and try to create a fun learning environment for the student to enjoy themselves.
