I am a Mathematical Physics PhD graduate from Queen Mary University of London. Enthusiastic individual with extensive teaching experience from KS3 to undergraduate level (over 1000 hours). I have experience with educating students in difficult topics including General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics etc. I am adaptable with good improvisational and problem solving abilities both physical and mental.
Since completing my PhD I decided to participate in independent research as research positions in my field are very limited. Alongside my research, I carry out my other passion: private tuition. I’ve taught students in Maths and Physics since 2012 in a wide variety of capacities including: one-to-one tuition, online lessons, revision workshops for exams and tutorial groups at every level. My students improve their grades significantly through my tuition. I am trained in various methods of effective teaching and communication; as such I’m experienced in explaining complicated ideas in an easily understood manner. I believe my students benefit immensely from my knowledge of the sciences, since I can answer any things that they may be curious about.
